Are labor consultant since 1997. Source of inspiration my father, estimated labor consultant, has allowed me to do the apprenticeship
in his own studio in Milan and become familiar in the field of personnel management.
I took my first steps into the world of work in December 1987, in the then called "the Union of Trade, Tourism and Services", carrying
out tasks of verification on the first payroll software on the marked, the office coordinating human resources.
I have shown growing interest in respect of issues related to labor relations: certain that
the work done by a professional organization could better orient myself, I got a job at the Association
Wholesalers Fruit and vegetables as involved in the management of staff.
The reality with which they came into contact was enlightening for me: in the first half of the nineties, thanks to the considerable
economic crisis, I also live numerous case studies of disputes that have significantly impacted on
My approach to work.
I could see how important was the "human factor" in business, the search for a method of communication
effectively able to reconcile the parties through dialogue and transparency
Achieved as head of the data processing center, after passing the bar exam, I felt the need
to relate with clients independently and create a team of collaborators who could share and
basically my idea of consulting work.
